Israel Museum

The Israel Museum in Jerusalem is the country’s national museum and leading cultural institute. The world renowned museum covers 20 acres and holds collections of fine art, Jewish Art and Life Artifacts and a stellar collection of archaeological findings. The museum includes a sculpture garden and a special wing for children and education as well as a 50:1 scale model of 66AD Jerusalem during the Second Temple Period. On the museum grounds is the Shrine of the Book, a unique structure which houses the Dead Sea Scrolls.
