Haifa is the largest city in northern Israel, it is a port city with a natural bay on Israel’s Mediterranean coast. The city is built on the slopes of Mount Carmel which faces the sea. Haifa has several outstanding museums including a world class Science Museum and the city is the gateway to the north and to the beautiful green Carmel Mountains.
